NATURAL INTEGRATION

The design adopts the ecological priority framework, and through the analysis of the slope and steepness of Zhaishanping, scientifically and rationally establishes blue-green interconnected corridors to promote the integration of landscapes, cities, and greens.

HIGHT DEVELOPMENT

The control of building height and building volume in this design comes from the respect for the natural mountain and the connection with the city cluster. The urban green integration is completed with the appropriate height relationship and building form.

PROGRAM

The programs of the overall groups includes scientific research, technology, platform, and education. The integrated functions are integrated with suitable spaces to create a hybrid scientist park, cultural park, and an innovation park.

ARCHITECTURAL FORM

The formation of spaces considers the integration of landscape, natural ecology, and passive activites for placemaking. The facade and flow of the shape emphasizes horizontal lines to increase the diversification through mixed curves while ensuring a unified order.

COURTYARD

In order to maintain the relationship between the buildings and the mountain, not only the green penetrates through the site, but also creates mini-garden attached to the architecture. The second and third levels of the building also have decks for observing.

LANDSCAPE LINK

By linking the rooftop to the mountain, the roof garden is maximized to become another way of understanding the mountain’s ground level. The multi-level greenary becomes the vertical landscape.

CENTRAL GREEN AXIS

The east-west creative axis is located at the center of the site. The city vitality axis and central green belt of Xiyong Plaza focus on creating a “Smart Living Room” of the Sicentific City, and forming the core open space of the district.

TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION PLAZA

The central axis forms two clusters around these two sub-centers, and it makes Wujie Chuangxiangxin not only a place to stimulate scientific research, but also to serve the public as a cultural exchange center.
